· 45% total collections are offered to associates.

· WE ARE NOT CORPORATE! We want our patients taken care of, as they are our main priority. No quotas, no lab restrictions, no unethical treatment (no perio scamming), only do treatment you are comfortable with.
· New associates have abundant support and mentoring from senior dentists. Current owners enjoy teaching, and can help new graduates with numerous procedures including: digital scanning, molar endo, surgical and impacted extractions, orthodontics, implants, Botox, fillers, and larger crown and bridge cases. The owners have no problem bailing out new graduates if they have a challenging procedure.
· Dentists accessible for pediatric cases, orthodontists come to our offices, and we have optometrists at all locations with a full optical showroom.
· Freedom to do your own treatment planning. We see adults and children, and we do not make you treat younger children if you are not comfortable.
· 300+ new patients a month! We have been booking out 2-3 months in advance for all dental appointments. You will have as many patients as you wish!
· Full time positions and part time positions available. You would have the option to be a 1099 employee, or W9 depending on your preference! 

· Flexible with vacation time.
