Position: Dental Hygienist
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Compensation: $35/hr - $55/hr (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including removing plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth.
- Conduct comprehensive oral assessments to identify potential issues and collaborate with dentists for treatment plans.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene practices, proper brushing and flossing techniques, and lifestyle habits that impact dental health.
- Take dental X-rays and develop them for diagnostic purposes.
- Administer fluoride treatments and apply sealants to protect teeth.
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately in electronic records.
- Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Current and valid Arizona State Dental Hygienist License.
- Proven clinical experience as a Dental Hygienist, demonstrating technical proficiency and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively.
