Description

Dental Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Verify insurance information and collect necessary paperwork from patients
- Manage the front desk and ensure smooth operations of the office
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any inquiries or concerns
- Oversee team management, including training and development

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Proven experience in office management or related role
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
