Dental Insurance Coordinator / Front Desk
- Greet patients with warm and friendly demeanor; answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, verify insurance information.
- Process insurance claims and documentation; collaborate with insurance providers to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions; follow up and trouble shoot denied claims.
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information; assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning and organizing documents.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental office is required;
- Familiarity with dental terminology and dental insurance procedures is a must;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
