Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surgical Implant Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental assisting, with a focus on surgical implant procedures. In this role, you will work closely with our dental team to provide exceptional patient care and support during surgical implant procedures.

- Assist the dentist during surgical implant procedures

- Prepare the treatment room and equipment for surgical implant procedures

- Sterilize and maintain surgical instruments and equipment

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Provide patient education and support before and after surgical implant procedures

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in surgical implant dental assisting

- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
