ABOUT US:
Admiral Dental is a private family and cosmetic dentistry office with a well-established pool of patients located in the heart of West Seattle. We are looking to bring on board an awesome Front office person who is committed to delivering excellence in their job and be the catalyst to the happy patient experience while sharing a positive attitude and having a success-oriented mind.
The office currently has 1 dentist, 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants, and 1 front office.
ABOUT THE POSITION:
- We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist / Billing.
- The position is Full Time: 4 Days per week, 8 hrs a day, with alternating Mondays and Fridays off.
YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting patients, answering phones, and referring office questions to an appropriate team member
- Scheduling new and recall appointments, managing patients' charts, and referral letters.
- Coordinating dental hygiene recalls
- Processing billing, insurance claims, and running patient estimates
- Sending out greeting cards and follow-up material
- Ordering supplies for the office

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Previous dental or medical office and billing experience
- Has strong computer skills and comfortable with technology in general (i.e. MS Word and Excel, e-mail, Outlook)
- Dental assistant experience (is a plus)
- Open Dental experience (is a plus)
- Has an Associates Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school
